About Us

For over 40 years, the British Columbia Construction Association (BCCA) has proudly sponsored BCCA Employee Benefits, which has allowed BCCA members to purchase group benefits and insurance protection for their employees and their families. Our commitment to providing every Member with exceptional service and value is demonstrated in everything we do.

Members of  BCCA enjoy preferred rates with BCCA Employee Benefits. We operate as a non-profit association, which means that all of our surpluses go back into the program. Our clients enjoy the cost advantages and price stability of a larger, combined group, but still retain the flexibility to choose their own plan design.

To maintain the cost advantages and flexibility of BCCA Employee Benefits, the governing Board of Trustees have implemented some guidelines and provisions to preserve the integrity of the Trust for all current and future participants. These include:

  • Minimum participation requirements for group plans
  • Definition of eligible employee
  • Employer cost sharing requirements
  • Treatment of late applicants

We can tailor a benefits program that matches your human resource needs and budget objectives with your employees’ expectations. In today’s competitive business environment, every possible advantage is important.

When you work with us you can expect:
  • Advice
  • Flexibility in plan design
  • Renewal analysis and carrier negotiations
  • Reduced administrative expenses
  • Our ongoing support for you and your employees

We trust that you will find BCCA Employee Benefits to be a valuable addition to your organization’s overall compensation package. In today’s competitive business environment, providing a benefits plan shows your commitment to your most valuable commodity: your employees.

Together, we can ensure that BCCA Employee Benefits remains the #1 source for competitive and comprehensive group benefits for the BCCA and its affiliated regional association members.

Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions, suggestions or comments.
