Association Overview

The BCCA Employee Benefit Program was developed by the BC Construction Association (BCCA) specifically for the construction industry. The BCCA represents approximately 2,000 companies in the construction and allied sectors. Full coverage is available for BCCA members working in all types of construction and related activities.

The BCCA Employee Benefit Program is governed by the BCCA Employee Benefit Trust, a volunteer body of industry leaders. All members of the Trust are active in construction and understand the dynamic, ever-changing challenges and opportunities of the business.

Through the Trust and predecessor bodies, the BCCA has been providing employee benefit plans and growing with BC construction for more than 40 years. There are approximately 440 member companies in the Employee Benefit Program to date.

Our mission is to serve our members. Here's how:

• As a non-profit trust, we invest any surpluses into new program features and member savings.
   
• We offer the advantage of volume purchasing and low administrative fees.
   
• We see our members as partners. Member input guides us in seeking new opportunities for the Employee Benefit Program.
