1. Employee Benefit Administrator

Working collaboratively in a team environment, this position is responsible for supporting the Client Services Manager with overseeing and conducting group benefits and member administration including client inquiries (employer and employee level) regarding benefit plans, tracking and recording inquiry statistics and conducting claims research and investigates discrepancies. This position reports to, is mentored by and supports the Client Services Manager.

2. Marketing and Communications Coordinator

Working collaboratively in a team environment, this position plays an important role in supporting our Client Consulting and Client Development teams. Are you bursting with creativity, love trying new ideas and seeing your efforts make a difference? We are currently looking for a Marketing and Communications Coordinator to join our team in Burnaby.

3. Client Development Consultant

The BCCA Employee Benefit Trust provides flexible employee benefits tailored for construction companies to meet their unique needs. Built by the Construction Industry, for the Construction Industry, this plan is 50 Years Young and continues to evolve to meet changing needs. Through a client centered service model, the BCCA Employee Benefit Trust continues to expand, while continuing to serve its current members.

The BCCA Employee Benefit Program is currently looking for a Client Development Consultant to contribute to the growth of the organization by identifying and developing new client relationships with the goal of adding both new and existing association members to the benefit program.
