Employee and Family Assistance Program (EFAP)
Each benefits solution with BCCA Employee Benefits provides employees with access to qualified counselling professionals who can help resolve their personal and work-related problems before they affect their health, family or ability to work. The diverse range of services include:

BCCA’s Employee and Family Assistance Program (EFAP) is provided by Family Services Employee Assistance Programs (FSEAP), one of Canada’s largest EFAP providers. FSEAP has counsellors throughout B.C. to be able to serve employees and family members of clients no matter where they live or work. All of FSEAP’s counsellors have at least a master’s degree in counselling or social work, together with at least five years of clinical experience. Services are available 24-hours-a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
The Employee and Family Assistance Program is available to all our clients, their employees as well as to members of their immediate family. All of the EFAP’s services are completely confidential to the fullest extent permitted by law.
