Employee & Family Assistance Program

If you’re in need of immediate assistance, call the FSEAP Hotline at 1-800-667-0993.

The Employee & Family Assistance Program (EFAP) is a confidential and voluntary support service that helps employees, and their families find the right options and solutions to resolve personal, family, or work-related challenges. Whether you want to improve communication in your relationships, stop smoking, or find a better way to manage personal finances, counsellors and expert consultants can assist you in taking the steps that can lead to meaningful change. You and your immediate family members (as defined in your employee benefit plan) are eligible to access a range of EFAP services as determined by your organization.

EFAP services are provided by your employer at no cost to you. All members of BCCA Employee Benefit Trust have access to the Employee and Family Assistance Program 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. All EFAP services are completely confidential to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Our EFAP provider is Family Services Employee Assistance Programs (FSEAP), one of Canada’s largest EFAP providers. In order to serve employees and their family members, FSEAP has counsellors throughout Canada, ensuring you can access assistance no matter where you live or work.

To access the Employee and Family Assistance Program call FSEAP at 1-800-667-0993. Be sure to mention your employer and that you’re covered through the BCCA Employee Benefit Trust.
